The current name is a local-pride choice — the Slot-T offense is what the Liberty Hill Independent School District Panthers run on the football field, and the name reads as a deliberate community-signal in a town small enough that the LHISD offense is recognizable shorthand. San Gabriel River Brewery and Whitestone are the only two I-35 corridor breweries north of Pflugerville to reach a 10-year anniversary in 2026 — a milestone the corridor's churn has made unusually difficult to hit. Together with Cottonwood Creek, Power gave Hutto its first two-brewery footprint — a population-and-rooftops scaling milestone for a city that didn't have a working brewery as recently as early 2024.
